Owning a dairy and making cheese for 35 years, Nancy knows her cheese! From fresh chevre, to aged gouda she has conquered it and can show you how. Come, spend a weekend making eight kinds of cheese and tasting the goodies. Bring some friends to share the fun. Take home samples to share.
