In-person is always better and more fun. Getting to taste as you go is the best way to know what you should have at each stage. Nancy has all the equipment ready to go that you can use to decide what you might want in your kitchen.

On line is easier in that there is no travel and you can work with your equipment in your own kitchen. You supply the ingredients and work along side Nancy as she prepares in her kitchen guiding you step by step.

You can come to our farm and learn the skills or we will teach on line for you.

If you want to come here to our ranch and learn, we can print everything and have it ready for you with all the equipment and supplies lined up when you arrive.

If you prefer to stay home, for on -line we will send you the written material for you to follow along with Nancy as she cooks and connects with you on screen live.

Snowkist and Riverquest ranches are one mile from each other just north of 1-70 between Vail, CO and Glenwood Springs. Together we are called Riverkist because the beautiful Colorado River wraps around both of our Ranches! We are 45 minutes from the Vail (Eagle) airport or 3 hours from the Denver Airport (DIA).  Peaceful and serene, It is one of the most beautiful places in the Rocky Mountains!
